A prioritized list of use cases

Ten things the weekly satellite pass and the WhatsApp chat can do for the pineapple chain, ranked by the value to the chain and by how ready they are today. Reorder them during the discussion: the final order decides what we build and validate first.

πŸ“ How we ranked
  • Value to the chain. Does it save pineapples, technician time or money, or produce evidence a funder or buyer asks for?
  • Ready today. Live in the WhatsApp menu, a small addition, or a Phase 2 build.
  • Works through clouds. The Guiana Shield blocks optical images on 27–33 % of days (our 12-month replay). Radar, photos and weather do not care.
  • Can be proven in Phase 1. Maps to an exit condition: β‰₯ 70 % technician agreement, radar coverage in cloudy weeks, demo vs. traditional baseline.
Our ranking is a starting point. What loses the most pineapples today, and which villages are hardest hit, will move it.
